The color and presentation of food influences how we choose what we eat. It has been said that we eat with our eyes. Restaurants take the time to “dress up” their plates to trigger emotions before we even take our first bite. While working on food styling and photography, I felt it was important to be able to see the natural colors  that are in food. Processing the images with color-select revealed overall percentages of color that is represented in each photograph.
